Toidufoto- ja stilistika on minu jaoks alati olnud pigem keerulised teemad ja kohe päris kindlasti omajagu väljakutseid esitav. Sellest hoolimata otsustasin ma osaleda #feelfestivechallenge väljakutsel ja valida esimeseks pildiks hautatud küüliku (ohjah, miks küll!?). No kui midagi on minu jaoks keeruline apetiitselt pildile püüda, siis on selleks kindlasti supid ja kõiksugu hautised. 😅 Samas on tore mõelda, et võib-olla aasta pärast tuleb palju parem pilt ja siis on tore tagasi vaadata.

Aga retseptist ka - suurepärane roog ka suuremale seltskonnale. Kõik valmib ühes potis ja enamus ajast küpseb küülik praeahjus. Eriti hästi sobivad sinna kõrvale minu meelest köögiviljad ja igasugu püreed - nt kartuli-bataadi, pastinaagi, kaalika vms.

Here we go - the very first post after a 1,5-year break. 👋 🥰 It’s been a while. Seasons have changed. Truth be told, there were moments when I was thinking about deleting this account. But here we are. Again. I was finishing this cake yesterday evening, and I cannot remember when was the last time when I was so freaking happy and excited in the kitchen. And even more, I wanted to capture this moment (or the cake - haha). I feel I’m getting my mojo back, and I cannot wait to test out new and old recipes.
